The yellow-vented bulbul, or eastern yellow-vented bulbul, is a member of the bulbul family of passerine birds. It is a resident breeder in southeastern Asia from Indochina to the Philippines. It is found in a wide variety of open habitats but not the deep forest.

Today, baby birds are 6 days old. Parent birds are looking for food to feed their young like every day. This day the mother bird brought a large fruit to her chicks but the fruit was too big until finally she swallowed the fruit down her throat. (Chicks has sucked the sap of the fruit until it soften. If it can be swallowed, the mother gives the chick to eat)

Plus, today it rained heavily for several hours, and there was a loud sound of thunder. Parents take care of their young while it rains heavily. The mother bird has moved in to cover the babies from the rain at beginning until it getting very heavy. When it's really heavy, mother bird kept her head under own wings. And during the heavy rain and for a very long time, the father bird finds food to feed the young as well.
