Antoine Griezmann was born in the spring of 1991 in eastern France, in the old Burgundian city of Macon. To become a footballer the boy was, as they say, written on his birth. The head of the family Alain Griezmann first went on the field himself, and at an advanced age he coached the players of the Macon team. At a short and painfully thin Antoine, easily catching a cold, famous clubs and teams did not bet. Until the age of 14 the boy changed three teams, and the reviews in Lyon, Auxerre and Saint-Etienne ended sadly. The promising player was first noticed by Eric Oltas, an experienced scout of the Spanish club Real Sociedad. The French striker made his debut for Real Sociedad in 2009. He quickly established himself in the main roster. The rapid progress of the French player was noted by the managers and fans of the Spanish club. The player was acquired by Club Atlético de Madrid, buying out his contract for € 30 million. In the summer of 2019 the athlete signed a new contract: he was acquired by Barcelona for € 120 million, prescribing € 800 million in compensation. Griezmann was called up to play for the French national team in 2010. The forward made his debut in the game against Ukraine, scoring the winning goal in the 88th minute. In 2011 the forward met a Spanish girl named Erika Choperena. they have two children. Antoine Griezmann dreams of becoming a coach in the future, but right now he is devoting all his efforts to his career as a footballer.
