Today, I want to address one of the most common conditions I come across in my clinic: keratosis pilaris (KP). This skin condition affects people of all races and sexes and typically starts in childhood, becoming more noticeable during the teenage years. Surprisingly, up to 50% of us have the genes for KP, although it manifests to varying degrees in different individuals. The good news is that it often improves as we age.

Managing KP and making your skin look better is absolutely possible. In my experience, a combination approach works best. KP involves both a barrier issue and a skin cell differentiation problem, so we need to tackle both aspects to enhance the appearance of your skin.

In today's video, I'll share my two-step approach to treating keratosis pilaris. By following these steps, you'll be able to improve the appearance of your skin and, ultimately, boost your skin confidence.

As always, thank you for your ongoing support!
