Cassandra aka Cass started off with painful periods at 15 years old. She went on BC for about 15 years and when she went off the pill, she discovered a painful nodule in her belly button that would not stop hurting her. She had it removed but it kept coming back and it would bleed around her cycle. She did not know what it was or why it continued to come back.

This leads her on a journey to seeing many doctors surgery and an endo diagnosis, Stage IV. In June 2019 for her 4th procedure, she was in surgery for 17 hours and hospitalized for 23 days.
