My right hand is spastic right now and I’ve been having problems on my right side with spastic facial muscles down my right arm and now my hand is in a big cramp. It has been very painful despite the anti-spasmodic medicines. At least the Botox in my face prevented full hemifacial cramps the right side hurts for me brushes the trigeminal nerves, just tight masseter ouch. Lower motor neuron symptoms. It’s part of ALS that sucks.
