Hi, I was feeling defeated and deflated in my mental health issues but then I realized I've got the agoraphobia recovery down. So to prove it to myself I booked bus tickets and headed 4.5 hours South where I have family. Luckily for me I got the whole package deal, and my aunt took us to Tønsberg where we stayed in a hotel. That means bus, car, hotel and train; awesome practice. And the best part is, it was done and decided in the heat of the moment, because that's what recovery brings: freedom!
