Here I have a list of accessible and easy to get into multiplayer shooters with some being harder but not competitive to the same degree as today's modern esports titles are. A lot of these games aren't too demanding and are friendly to low end users, and while they do have some competitive players and even clans and leaderboard systems, first time players will still have a fairly easy time getting into these games. There are more out there, but I'll touch upon them in another series of casual multiplayer shooters.
