Today I will show you how to dehydrate your own survival food. I am starting with celery, onions, and jalapeños. It is cheap and super easy. The food is light, and easy to store in many different ways. You can start right now with the food in your refrigerator and freezer. Buy fruit, meats and veggies on sale, or harvest them from your own gardens and just dehydrate them. Zero waste is what we are shooting for with our food. We also dehydrate for our pets incase of an emergency.
