Food Not Bombs co-founder Keith McHenry speaks about being tortured in jail, and about being arrested over 100 times for serving food to the hungry, at a rally on January 24 in Santa Cruz against the poor medical conditions in the County Jail that have lead to the deaths of six inmates in the last two years.
