Whats up guys! In today's video I show you 4 creative tennis ball drills to help improve your FOCUS, TIMING, & REACTION for boxing. Practicing reaction drills are just as important as training your speed, power, and conditioning. Boxing has so many variables and the ability to remained focused is CRITICAL! Imagine you are in a match or sparring and you start feeling tired or fatigued. It is so much easier to lose focus and concentration the longer the fight goes on and that's when you can make a mistake and potentially pay a huge price.

These drills are not intended to make you a more technically sound boxer however they may help improve your reaction and timing which in my opinion beats speed MOST of the time. All it takes is one shot to win the fight. Give these drills a try!

Drill 1: Reflex Hat Ball
Drill 2: Off The Wall Punch Catch
Drill 3: (Partner) Lateral Toss Catch
Drill 4: (Partner) Drop Punch Catch
