This recipe can make 4 buns/配方可以做了4个大馒头
Ingredients食材:
300g All-purpose flour 中筋面粉 2cup+1tbsp
155ml Warm water 温水 2/3cup
10g Sugar 糖 3/4 tbsp
3g Yeast 酵母 1 tsp
60g All-purpose flour 中筋面粉 5tbsp+1/2tbsp

1. Proofing for the first time for 1-2 hours, and proving to 2 times the size, with good cellulite
2. Second proofing for 40-60 minutes
3. In a cold water pot, turn the water to medium heat and steam for 25 minutes
