HWY 211 at the Duke Energy Canal is scheduled to re-open mid-morning on October 10.

The temporary crossing Dutchman's Creek is still about a couple of weeks from opening, so River Road / HWY 87 will continue to be a choke point for traffic leaving Southport. I suspect the intersection of Dosher Cutoff and River Road will become more congested than it has in recent weeks.
