Mango halwa is a popular Indian dessert that is typically made with muscovado sugar, Semolina flour, ghee or clarified butter, cardamom, cinnamon, and a few other spices. In this video, we'll show you how to make this delicious dessert and how to get the perfect taste every time!

📝 Written Recipe:

🥕Ingredients:
I made halwa with a total of 1 cup of semolina..in 3 parts ie 1/3 cup of semolina (Suji/sooji) in each part. So, all the ingredients will be roughly the same.

🔪 For Mango Halwa:🔪
Ghee - two and a half tablespoons
Semolina - 1/3 cup
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Eggs - 2
Ripe mango puree - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
Slight yellow/orange color (food coloring)

🔪 For white semolina halwa:🔪
Ghee - two and a half tablespoons
Semolina - 1/3 cup
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Eggs – 2, or water/milk – 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
