During the use of the scooter, the dashboard displays Error 02. which is the Hall error of the motor.
Press the M key on the switch, if 02 is displayed in the F area, it means that it is a problem with the front drive.
* Hall Wire Loose ( Error Cause 1 )
Check if the Hall wire of the junction box is loose, if it is loose, plug it in tightly.
* Swap Front and Rear Motors ( Error Cause 2 )
If check that the Hall wire is not loose, but the dashboard still displays Error 02. At this point, we need to swap the front and rear motors, and we need to close the dashboard first.
Use diagonal pliers to cut the cable ties. Disconnect Hall wires and other wires. Connect the front motor wire to the rear control, fist link the Hall wire. Phase lines linked by color.
* Sub-controller Failure ( Error Cause 3 )
Unplug the power cord on the sub-controller. Wrap it with insulating tape to prevent short circuits.
Unplug the main control connection ground wire. At this time, there is still residual power in the sub-controller, and the positive and negative poles need to be contact to discharge. Use a 3mm Allen bit to unscrew the 2 screws below the junction box bracket. Use diagonal pliers to cut the tie. Lift the junction box bracket up slightly. Use a 4mm Allen bit to unscrew the four screws on the top and bottom of the junction box. Take off the front cover of the car and use a 3mm Allen bit to unscrew the four screws on it.
After removing the original sub-controller, apply thermal grease to the back of the new sub-controller. install the sub-controller into the controller box. Tighten the 4 screws on the front cover.Use a 4mm Allen bit to tighten the four screws on the top and bottom of the junction box. Use a 3mm Allen bit to fasten the two screws below the junction box bracket. Connect the eight-core main wire terminal of the controller to the junction box. The main control is connected to the ground wire in series and wrapped with insulating tape. Connect the Hall line first, and connect the rest of the phase lines by color and wrap them with insulating tape. Next connect the power wire, fist connect the black ground wire and wrap it with insulating tape. Next connect the red power wire and wrap it with insulating tape. Finally, cover the controller compartment cover and tighten the four screws with a 3mm Allen bit.
* Check if the problem is solved
Open the dashboard, Error 02 is not displayed at this time, indicating that the problem has been solved.
