As Buddha wisely said, “We create our own reality.” Each negative comment about our meditation journey only feeds our subconscious, generating even more chatter.

Let’s shift our perspective. Meditation isn't about reaching specific goals or chasing experiences; it’s about the practice itself. When we engage fully in meditation—specifically Anapanasati, or mindfulness of breathing—we naturally clear our minds and align with our true selves.

In this video, I’ll share three essential principles to enhance your meditation practice:

Avoid Negative Talk: What we say influences our mind. Let’s speak positively about our journey.
Ditch the Goals: Focus on the process, not the outcomes. Meditation is a practice, not a target.
Stop Chasing Experiences: True meditation happens in the moment. Let go of expectations and embrace the experience as it unfolds.
