About 1,5 year ago I recieved unusual request: 8" santoku bladeshape CARIBBEAN (!) chef knife. It took me 6 months to design the handle and another year to collect all materials. In this episode I'm making the most unique knife I've ever made! There is Marlins Bill bone, stabilized (!) COCONUT, LARIMAR STONE and MOTHER OF PEARL on the handle! The 12 layer Damascus imitate San Mai. It was necessary because of the S-grind blade shape!
