Follow me on my 530am morning rotuine. This is truly my work day morning routine when I need to go into the office. It is tough figuring out morning workout routines before work and this is how I do that as a working mom.
This is a This is a productive morning routine of a mom or a working mom morning rotuine. These are the steps I take daily to wakeup early each day and keep up with my new healthy habits. It is not easy having to get kids ready and get ready as a working mom, but this is how I have been able to do it everyday at 5:30am. Not quite a 5am morning routine or 6am morning rotuine but it is the perfect time for me to wake up and get the kids ready for school (so this is also a school morning routine) and get everything done for a successful day. 45 Calorie Cold Brew Coffee with Creamer
1 cup Cold Brew (unsweetened)
1/4 cup Nut Pods Sweet Cream or Cookie Butter Creamer (5 calories per TBSP)
1/2 cup Almond Milk
Ice
Any drops of extract you want to add for flavor. I use almond or sometimes 1 or 2 drops of peppermint
