I was walking the dog in a Moncton, NB park when just before a bridge, we were ambushed on the left flank by a determined squirrel. After a while of listening to his battle cries, it became apparent that our presence had somehow alerted the duck patrol in the nearby stream and they got away scot free.

No sooner had we managed to escape the shrieks that we were flanked again on the left by another squirrel... oh the humanity!
