על גלגלים מגישים לכם נסיעה בת כ- 53 ק"מ בעיר באר שבע, בירת הנגב. עברנו ליד אוניברסיטת בן גוריון בנגב, בית החולים סורוקה, התחנה המרכזית, המשכן לאמניות הבמה באר שבע, קניון הנגב, העיר העתיקה באר שבע, גרנד קניון באר שבע, תחנת הרכבת הטורקית באר שבע. התחלנו את הנסיעה בצומת גורל שעל כביש 40 וסיימנו את הנסיעה במחלף חטיבת הנגב ובצומת אוהלים שעל כביש עוקף באר שבע. עברנו ליד כיכר הכפיר וכיכר הפאנטום שעל דרך אילן רמון. רחובות עיקריים בבאר שבי הם שדרות יצחק רגר, שדרות דוד טוביהו, שדרות אליהו נאוי וכביש 25.
