🌞Ingredients for LASAÑA, Vegan Gluten Free, For 4 people
👉 My mediator cup is 250ml
👉 Tray size 16 by 26 cm, by 6 cm high.

Filling: lentil bolognese
👉 My mediator cup is 250ml
1 cup of dried lentils (230 g)
1 medium onion
3 garlic cloves
1 red or green bell pepper
1 cup of chopped natural tomato or in extract
1/2 cup of water
Parsley or coriander to taste
Seasonings to taste: Sweet Paprika, Cumin, Curry, Oregano, Salt
Optional: chopped green olives

White Sauce or Bechamel: Gluten Free and Lactose Free
👉 My mediator cup is 250ml
1 cup of sunflower seeds (150g.)
1 liter of water
3 tablespoons of potato starch, or corn starch.
nutmeg to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Gluten-Free and Egg-Free Pasta (8 units)
👉 My mediator cup is 250ml
2 cups of chickpea flour (240 g.)
2 and 1/2 cups of water
Salt to taste

Gluten Free Snacks
Garlic, onion and dried parsley
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Grated VEGAN CHEESE
Sunflower Seeds
Salt and pepper to taste

HOW TO COOK?
Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius
Bake for 25 minutes
