Hello everyone! We are back with another vlog on my journey toward weight loss. Thank you for hanging with me as I learn and grow (and shrink) from all of this.

I just don't understand why we don't have more open and honest conversations about the way we feel. Not every time I leave the gym is gonna be filled with happy emotions. Some days the pain is more than others. AND THAT'S OK!
