Sharing one of our favorite moments of Kimi and Kira Watanabe-Finster on "Rugrats" as we celebrate Asian Pacific American Heritage Month!

Kimi (voiced by Dionne Quan) and Kira (voiced by Julia Kato) first appeared in the theatrical release, "Rugrats in Paris," which premiered on November 17th, 2000. They debuted in the series in Season 7 on January 19th, 2001.
