Customer states the vehicle shakes when shifting into gear, especially reverse.

Visual inspection revealed a blown subframe busing above the rear differential.

During the repair the Subaru Special Tool (ST) snapped and so did the backup tool.

In an effort to continue the work and get the customer on the road I improvised.
