Strength:
1 Thru-Hiker: food and drink weights are reduced by 60%
2 Sturdy Frame: armor weights 25% less then normal
3 Gladiator: your one-handed melee weapons now do +20% damage
4 Expert slugger: your two handed melee weapons now do +10% damage
5 Bear Arms: Heavy Guns weigh 20% less
6 Batteries: included Energy weapons ammo weighs 30% less
7 Bandolier: Ballistic weapon armor weighs 90% less
8 Bullet Shield: gain 40(?) damage resistance while firing a heavy gun
9 Expert Heavy Gunner: your non explosive heavy guns now do +10% damage; golden card, locked, requirement unknown
10 Travelling Pharmacy: withdrawals (?) of all chems (including ?stimpaks?) are reduced by 30%
Perception:
11 Percepti Bobble: you hear directional audio when in range of a Bobblehead

21 Revenant: gain a 25% damage bonus for 2 minutes when a player revives you
22 Dromedary: all drinks quench thirst by an additional 15%
23 Slow Metabolizer: all food satisfies hunger by an additional 15%

24 Bodyguards: gain 4 damage & resist (max 12) for each teammate excluding you
25 Happy Camper: Hunger and thirst grow 40% more slowly when in camp or in a team workshop - wrong colourcode green for strength
26 Hard Bargain: buying and selling prices at vendors are better
27 Inspirational: when you are on a team, gain 5% more XP
28 Party Girl: the effects of alcohol are doubled
29 Strange in Numbers: positive mutation effects are 25% stronger if teammates are mutated too
30 Happy-Go-Lucky: your luck is increased by 2 when under the influence of alcohol
31 Quack Surgeon: revive other players with liqour!
32 Spiritual Healer: you regenerate health for 5 seconds after reviving another player
33 Philanthropist: restore some of your teammates hunger and thirst when you eat or drink
34 Squad Maneuver: run 10% faster when part of a team
35 Lone Wanderer: when venturing alone, take 10% less damage and gain 10% AP regen
36 Team Medic: your stimpaks now also heal nearby teammates for half the normal strength
37 Bloodsucker: Bloodpacks now satisfy thirst, no longer irradiate, and heal 50% more
38 Animal friend: description unknown, Fallout 4 description: player can pacify, control and command animals
39 Friendly Fire: description unknown, most likely prevents the player to damage other players; if so this is an very imporant perk

41 First Aid: stimpaks restore 10% more lost health

43 Grease Monkey: workshop items are 30% cheaper to repair

45 Master Hacker: gain +1 hacking skill and terminal lockout time is reduced
46 Science: you can now craft energy guns (Plans required)
47 Makeshift Warrior: your melee weapons are 30% less likely to break and cheaper to repair
Agility
48 Goat Legs: tke 80% less damage from falling
49 Marathoner: sprinting consumes 20% fewer Action points
50 Dodgy: spend 30 Action points to avoid 10% of each enemy attack
51 Adrenaline: description unknown, Fallout 4 perk, survival only

54 Gun Runner: your running speed is increased by 10% when you have a pistol equipped
Luck
55 Starched Genes: you will never mutate from rads and Radaway will never cure mutations
56 Mystery Meat: stimpaks generate excessive, edible meat. Higher Rads improve the chance Level 3
57 Mysterious Stranger: the mysterious stranger appears more often when using V.A.T.S.
