How do you fry an egg? Good question. A gooey runny yolk, soft white with a nice crispy edge slammed between 2 slices of bread is one of my favourite ways to eat a fried egg. Now, you might be thinking why on earth i am making a video on how to fry an egg, when it is so obviously easy, right?

Well not exactly. To cook a fried egg properly, you do need to make sure you get a few things right, which I talk about in this video. Also, for a the novice cook, this is a great way to teach yourself some useful kitchen basics such as temperature control, seasoning, basting, timings etc which will help you when you come to make other recipes.
