Develop a greater sense of self worth and high self esteem by repeating these positive affirmations. I will be saying these affirmations to you. In other words, I'm here to tell you that "you are worthy." It's a slightly different approach than with "I am" affirmations, but as you'll see there is much to appreciate about "you are" affirmations too. They can be especially helpful if you have negative self talk and self belief due to someone else's harmful words (e.g. your parents or a former partner said negative and hurtful things to you). I hope that you enjoy them and that they bring a smile to your face :)
