Hello guys this is my trip report on Air India’s B787 - Dreamliner from Paris 🇫🇷 to Delhi 🇮🇳:

First Paris CDG airport terminal 1 is one of the best airport terminal in Europe. I really love the ambience and the colour combination of brown gold and green with plenty of entertainment near the gates. The flight was on time, but the baggage policies were very stricter than usual, Air India’s policies.

The boarding was smooth, but the quality of airline is very, very poor. Despite of the quality of the product the service provided by the crew was really top-notch. The food served was in good quality and quantity when compare to other airlines.

The negative feedback is that the inflight entertainment doesn’t work so during my 8 hours of journey, I was dehydrated after four hours of my journey. As I book window seat the seats next to me were filled, and everyone was sleeping in that situation. My crew call bell doesn’t work uneven tried in flight entertainment. Unfortunately, I cannot call them for 45 minutes. I was really thirsty until they serve water.

But positive side is that Air India’s hospitality is that serving water randomly throughout the journey, so luckily, I bought.

Overall, I would rate 7.5 out of 10, this is my honest and personal opinion only
