Hey Guys,
We visited #aruvalley on 3rd day of our #pahalgam stay as the connecting road was under construction for the first two.

Taxi fare from Pahalgam market to Aru valley was INR 1500 for 6-seater cab with 1 hour of waiting time and additional INR 400 per hour for extra time.

The route to Aru valley is very scenic and accompanied all the way by #lidderriver . You can relax and click photos at many spots throughout the way.

Since, Aru valley is less explored and less commercialized as compared to #betaabvalley , there are only 2-3 eateries/open food stalls inside but there is a small market just outside the valley gate. You can also find a few horses, to ride around the valley.

Aru valley's meadows are really widespread and beautiful but there was no major water body in the month of August. So, we just trekked to a higher point on the surrounding mountains to relax and enjoy a better view of the valley as a whole.

Aru valley, mainly seems like a place for peaceful camping experience, and it will definitely look mesmerizing with snow all around.
