Devil May Cry 5 - Prologue DMD S-Rank - Defeating Urizen (Secret ending)

The prologue is really simple, and defeating Urizen became very easy after a few tries in earlier difficulties. Not much changes between SoS and DMD for him, he just gets more damage and HP.

So for DMD the main complaint I hear is that enemies are pretty tanky, especially when DT'ed. This is why it's important to take out high HP targets first. The Buster Arm is exceptional at doing so. If you know you're gonna go up against a Proto Angelo, Queen Empusa or Behemoth it really pays off to have a Buster Arm so you can kill them before they DT.
