This salmon rice bowl recipe got viral on TikTok recently so I thought I'd give it a shot. I made my favorite easy and quick salmon and I had it with some sushi rice, and I have to say this salmon and rice bowl deserves the fame, it's really good. I also enhanced it with some other ingredients like pickled radishes and wasabi kewpie mayo, and I ended up making a really good, relatively healthy salmon bowl. Hope you'll enjoy it!
