This was a Suzuki Hayabusa that came in for poor running issues,the bike would hardly tick over & felt very flat when revved up.
I started by drawing all the fuel out due to it being stood at least 1.5 years,i replaced it with shell optimal fuel & replace the spark plugs due to the age of the old plugs.
I then got my digital balance machine & adjusted the throttles as they were out of balance.
When putting the bike back together i also fitted a new air filter,running the bike up it sounded much better but still slightly off so i set about balancing the throttle bodies & it sounded much smoother than before & more responsive.
I will also carry out a road test to see how she is running now it’s in a much better state,but first impressions are it sounds much smoother so it looks like this bike is fixed.
