ADHD Tools for those of you who may think you have been labelled/feel you may be diagnosed with ADHD.
It can be a scary time and experience...this is my journey, from dis-regulated, labelled as unteachable tween to where I am today as a therapist and teacher -

The most important thing is to know it really is a super power, you just need build your self knowledge and know how to use what you have got. No expensive treatments, no fancy therapies and my way was the alternative route, so no drugs. It may help you. 😊
