Kicking Horse Mountain Resort has the steepest, gnarliest and most extreme inbounds resort terrain in the world. There's a reason the Freeride World Tour is hosted here every single year. Last year we checked off all of the classic zones:    • My First Time Skiing KICKING HORSE  . This year, we lined up a day with fresher snow but limited visibility, let's just say it made scary, scarier. The crew somehow convinced me to face my fear of down climbing and ski the Dutch Wallet once again. It was well worth it and rewarded us with some of the best turns of the day. Please use extreme caution if you decide to attempt this 'unsanctioned' run. One misstep, slip or rope break could cause death or serious injury.
