Today we are trying birria tacos for the very first time. We been hearing this a lot from Tiktok to Youtube, while we have tried Mexican Food in Sydney, we have never tried Birria Tacos in Sydney before.

Birria tacos are bathed in meat stew broth, consomme, and the meat is slow cooked for hours. Tacos are then served crispy off the grill with the consomme as side dipping soup. This is some of the most flavourful tacos in Sydney.

Chololo has become so popular and viral on TikTok and Instagram. We went to try their birria tacos for the first time and loved every bite of it. We tried everything in Chololo Sydney menu including the ramen birria taco. The ramen is cooked in the same consomme that is served if you order a birria taco however this gives an added Japanese or Asian fusion touch to this Mexican street food item.

We also tried Elotes or grilled cheese corn and their burrito which was the must try item at this try in this Mexican food spot in Sydney. Undoubtedly one of the best birra tacos spot in Sydney that started off as food trucks.
