Follow me on my weight loss journey and see what I eat in a day on a vegan low fat high carb plant based diet. I follow Dr. McDougall's Starch Solution and Maximum weight loss plans including 50/50 plate whenever I can.

In this week's video, I show you three delicious meals suitable for weight loss: protein bagels with PB2 and strawberries, chocolate protein shake, green salad with potatoes and easy vegetable stir fry. These meals are low fat but will keep you full and satisfied as they are full of fibre and goodness.
