4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp black pepper whole
rosemary

Sauce:
olive oil
1 shallot
3 cloves of garlic
Handful of dried plums
100 g plum jam (⅓ cup)
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar cream
200 ml water (¾ cup + 1 tbsp)
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Pinch of cinnamon
lemon juice

Vegetables:
2 carrots
2 parsley root
1 onion
celery root
olive oil
Salt
black pepper

Salad:
1 fennel
1 shallot
lemon juice
lettuce
olive oil
Salt
black pepper

Garnish:
