♣ Ingredients | to make 4~5ea small bowl tiramisu (The bowl : diameter-8cm, height-5cm)
** 1cup(250ml) & 1Tbsp(15ml) ** I wrote measuring cup measurement as a service, but I use and recommend ‘g’ measurement. *

* tiramisu cream *
▷cream cheese(room temperature) 250g (1pack)
▷sugar or honey 50g (4Tbsp)
▷tofu (soft and firm type, both are OK) minimum 250g ~ maximum 300g
▷vanilla extract 5g (1tsp)
▷option) lemon juice 3g(1/2tsp)

* coffee syrup *
▷warm water 60g (60ml)
▷sugar 7g (1/2Tbsp)
▷instant coffee 4g (1+1/2Tbsp)

▷digestive cookie about 10~12ea (it depends your situation)
▷cocoa powder for decoration

💡 Q : Can I use espresso for coffee syrup?
A : Yes. Please flow below.
Mix together, espresso 40g(40ml), water 20g(20ml), sugar 7g(1/2Tbsp)
Concentration may vary depending on coffee beans you use.

💡 Q : Can I use castella, sponge cake, lady finger cookies instead of cookies?
A : Yes. Please flow below.
castella, sponge cake : Just put the syrup on with a brush (No soak❌)
lady finger cookies : Can soak them like what I did in the video


💜 How to keep it
* Be sure to keep it in the refrigerator. It is not easily spoiled, but it is delicious to eat within 4 days.
