The rhythm guitar:

The Amp is all you need for this kind of rhythm guitar. All the gain is coming from the amp itself.
4x12 Cab is used with the dynamic 421 microphone coupled with the all time legend 57.

The solo short guitar:
- Amp:
Amplifikation Clarent "B" Amp - channel 2: The same head, but this time with 2x12 Cabinet.

The smaller cabinet size is providing a different voicing with easy to "fit" in the mix solution.
Dynamic 421 and Ribbon 121 for a rich low end is used to mic the cabinet.


Gear used:
- Guitar: Les Paul Style
- Strings: Daddario Heavy Core
- Strings Gauges: 12, 16, 20p, 32, 42, 54
- Audio Interface: Steinberg UR12 - Hi-Z input
- Gain on the UR12 audio interface is set at: 11 O'clock

*Tips:

- Adjust yours so that the guitar isn’t overloading your audio interface and avoid the Red clipping LED.
- The gain level of your audio interface have to be adjusted independently, when using different guitars with different pickups .
