Hey guys! I'm back! As some of you may know, I was facing difficulties with diagnosied depression and anxiety while I was gone, but, I seem to have collected myself and now I know how to move forward. It was a rough journey with many twists and turns, and I won't act like the journey is over, but I have made significant steps to make sure this period of my life is relatively sad-free.

This video is an artistic interpretation of what was going on in my brain when I had a breathrough. Of course, it is not THIS easy to get over depression or any mental illness, but this way of thinking really helped me out.
