Hi Friends! Here's my near story...I'm coming out. I'm therapeutically diagnosed Autistic with sides of anxiety and depression. Thanks, genetics! Thanks, brain! Anyway, I hope information I provide here can be helpful to other neurodiverse/neurodivergent people. God, planning, making art, and especially doodling are some of the coping methods I utilize, as well as others mentioned in the video. I hope this helps you or someone you love!
