This is danser'd in 6300 fps and then is resampled down to 60fps, what you're seeing is 6300 frames blended down to 60 so the output is already 60. Each frame has 105 blurred frames in it. What you see is what everyone else is seeing no matter what your monitor's refresh rate is unless it's like fucking below 59hz

Not everyone likes this type of videos you're free to like or dislike this type of content I myself don't like that much blur for recording serious gameplays but this is just cursordancing and for this type of content idk i like throwing blur everywhere.
