Bilo-bilo is a Filipino dessert made of small glutinous rice balls cooked with coconut milk.


Ingredients:
2cups Glutinous Rice flour
Taro - cut into square
Sweet Potato
Banana (Saging na Saba)
2 small can of Coconut milk
1/2 can Evaporated Milk
Cooked SAgu (Tapioca Pearl)
Sugar



 Procedure:
1.Mix glutinous rice powder with water to make a dough. knead until smooth. Form a bite size balls.
2. In a pot, add water, coconut milk and bring to boil.
3. Add taro, sweet potato and simmer for 10 minutes. Then add sagu and banana (saging sa saba). And simmer for another 5minutes.
4. Pour the evaporated. Gently Stir it. And bring to boil for another 2minutes.
5. Transfer on a serving bowl and serve.

Note: This can also eat/serve after refrigerate.
