Chef Aisha the proprietor of Afro gourmet is a French Culnary consultant who’s aiming at bridging the gap between African food and fine dining, redefining gourmet and making sure African restaurants have the chance to sell their own.

She designed the menu at boho Rwanda and as a person that’s eaten there once I can say that it was a master piece meant to shin a light on home grown produce.

Watch her do some alterations on eshabwe an Ugandan local dish made from emulsifying ghee with rock salt, it’s a signature dish that’s super delicate but somehow the creations from chefs trials were great.
