Today I will share with you the recipe of BlackSea pastry dessert. Its is really crispy at the outside and has a cotton soft pudding in the inside .

Ingredients:
150 grams of butter
half a cup of oil
16 sheets of baklava yufka (ready-made phyllo dough pastry, I think you can find it online or in gross markets)

For the sorbet:
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of water
1 slice of lemon

For the pudding:
1 liter of milk
1 egg yolk
4 tablespoons of sugar
2 full tablespoons of starch
2 full tablespoons of flour
a pinch of salt.
1 pack of vanilla
1 tablespoon of butter

to decorate:
ground pistachios
