April 10th in Pasay City - Noel Cabangon sings "Ngayon (Tungo Sa Pagbabago)" for nearly 3,000 Freedom Runners, with freedom mascotte Fredo at his side. This 6th Freedom Run was again organised by FNF Philippines (the Friedrich Naumann Stiftung für die Freiheit), against corruption, for good, clean and accountable government and no return to the authoritarian past.Cooperation with Pasay City and the German-Philippine Chamber of Commerce.
