Jerry Konanui documents the variety of taro known as ‘ele‘ele mākoko.
Along with the scientific documentation, Jerry relates cultural and historic information regarding this variety.
His goal is to document as many of the Hawaiian taro varieties as possible for reference by future generations of taro growers.
