As a tradesman heavily invested in the Dewalt platform, I felt it was necessary to shine a spotlight on the disappointing design of the Dewalt copper tubing cutter. Milwaukee's M12 copper cutting tool is a far superior solution to cutting copper, and comparable in price. The fact that Dewalt is charging $119 for an accessory that requires me to use another power tool to operate it when Milwaukee chargers $40 more for an actual power tool that doesn't require additional parts to cut all the sizes of pipe it claims to cut is a big letdown by Dewalt (especially as a self-proclaimed Dewalt fanboy 😂).
