1:06:10 Note: Tourists, when you visit the Horse Guards, follow the rules. When watching the Changing of the Guard, stand behind the second white line or behind the bollards, as the armed police officers say. Please don't be like these arrogant and disrespectful groups of tourists who were right in front of my camera...The woman has a buggy for her child, while these two men wearing sunglasses are the worst kind of tourists. They had been told by the police officer to stand behind the second white line, as another tourist warned them (and me), but they (and many others) preferred to stand behind the first white line. When the armed police officers came back again and asked them to go back to the second white line, they started to push those who were behind the second white line. Please get information before visiting the Horse Guards.
