INGREDIENT approx. 25 large pieces
3 cups of wheat flour type 500 - 550 (500 g)
1 cup of milk (250 ml)
25 g fresh yeast (or 1 packet dried yeast)
2 tablespoons of sugar (20 g)
vanilla or vanilla sugar
pinch of salt
2 eggs
100 g of melted butter
1 tablespoon of spirit or vinegar
additionally
oil or lard for frying
Bake for 2-3 minutes on each side in fat heated to 175-180 degrees Celsius
FROSTING
1 cup of powdered sugar (120 g)
3-4 tablespoons of water or lemon juice
