Ingredients


Plantain -2
Long Beans-20
Crushed Chilli-2tsp
Shallots-15
Oil-2tbsp
Water-3/4cup
Turmeric Powder-2pinch
Salt-
Curry leaves-

Method
In a kadai add plantain and long beans ..
Add water salt and turmeric powder.
Close and cook ..
Crush small onions and chilli flakes .
Heat oil a kadai add crushed chilli-shallots mix and saute .
Add curryleaves ..
When the raw smell goes add cooked vegetables and mix well.
Check the salt ..
Cook for another 5 minutes ..
Finally, sprinkle coconut oil and curryleaves ..
Enjoy with rice
